Do I need a prescription before I can order Ultracet online?We are able to accept your order without you having a prior prescription. When you submit your order you will be asked to complete an detailed medical questionaire. This questionaire will be reviewed by the US Licensed Physician. They will write a prescription for your Ultracet order if approved. We take care of sending your prescription to the pharmacy so will not have to worry about this.How much will my Ultracet order cost?The total cost of your Ultracet order will be the price listed above plus the shipping cost. So if your medication is $100 and shipping is $18 then your total cost will be $118.00.How can I pay for my Ultracet order?We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Americian Express and Discovery Card.Can I pay with COD or Money Order?No, we used to be able to accept COD and Money Orders for orders we are unable to at the present time sorry.Do you do Saturday delivery?Yes we do have a Saturday shipping option. Because of the extra costs associated an extra shipping charge of $12.00 will be added to your order. If for any reason we don't deliver your order on saturday you will be refunded the Saturday delivery fee.Do you charge sales tax?No, at this time we do not charge sales tax on your order.Do you ship to PO Box's?Sorry, we are unable to accept PO Box addresses. All shipping addresses have to be a real street address FedEX can deliver your package to.Do you ship outside the USA?We only ship orders within the USA. No orders will be accepted for foreign countries.What if I need to cancel my Ultracet order?If you wish to cancel you order you need to call 888-853-9617 between 7am and 7pm PST. How does the entire process work?After you fill out and submit the order forum and detailed medical questionaire, one of our licensed U.S. physicians will determine if you are eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen. If you are eligible, the physician will then write a prescription for that medication and forward it to a one of our licensed U.S. pharmacies to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill and ship your order via FedEx NextDay Air to your home in discreet packaging.How long will it take for my Ultracet order to arrive?If you place your Ultracet order before 12 noon PST in most cases it will arrive the very next day via FedEX Next Day service. Orders placed later in the day almost always take an extra day to arrive because of the time it takes to have a Doctor review your order before a prescription can be written and sent to the pharmacy for shipment. If for any reason your Ultracet order has not arrived within 2 business days please contact our support on 888-853-9617 between 7am and 7pm PST to see what is causing the delay.Is it legal to buy prescription medications online?Yes. The prescription that is written for your medication, after your medical review form is approved, comes from a licensed U.S. physician. Your Ultracet prescription is then filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. This practice is in accordance with FDA regulations and perfectly legal.What tracking will you provide for my Ultracet order?Once you have placed your Ultracet order with us you can check the status of your order online anytime here.As soon as FedEX have collected your Ultracet order for delivery you will be sent a FedEX tracking number.
